This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination, which typically takes 10-15 days, although actual shipping times may vary.
What is your return or refund policy?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to info@serellenature.com. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes - as long as your order has not been shipped.

Once the order is processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.
